With impressive mesh dimensions of 550 mm x 445 mm x 70 mm (volume: 17.1 liters), our Wagner Tuning high-performance intercooler offers a whopping 49 % more charge air volume compared to the standard intercooler. The high-quality competition high-performance mesh with internal turbulators guarantees the best performance and optimum cooling.
The cast aluminium end boxes have been optimized using advanced flow analyses in the CFD system to ensure optimum air flow. The intercooler kit was specially developed for the high demands of the large tuning stages on the Audi Q7 4M 3.0TDI. The result is outstanding cooling properties with minimal back pressure. In addition, all our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating, which ensures long-lasting and optimum cooling with a significant increase in performance.
The high-performance intercooler kit is completely ready to install and can be easily replaced with the standard intercooler. Due to its size, minor adjustments to the radiator support are required. The intercooler has been tested up to 6 bar and is pressure-stable, so that it also meets the requirements of racing. Warranty period: 24 months.
The manufacturer's warranty means that in the event of a defect or malfunction, the product will be repaired or replaced by an authorized service center. In most cases, proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) is required.
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our store via the warranty claim form. The product must be sent back to us at your own expense. If the claim is approved, we will refund the shipping costs upon presentation of proof of payment.
