Returning products purchased from us is easy and convenient

In our store, you don’t have to worry if the chosen size doesn’t fit or if the product doesn’t meet your expectations. Thanks to our simple return system, you can shop without stress or concerns about a complicated return process.

In accordance with applicable law, you have 14 days to withdraw from the distance contract without giving any reason. If the product does not meet your expectations, you can return it to us within 14 days from the date of withdrawal. All returns in our store are handled through a very simple return wizard.

Make a return in 3 simple steps!

1 Print the form Generate return documents along with address labels, and then print them.
2 Send the package Place the packed product along with the return document into a box and seal it properly.
3 Refund You will receive a refund within 14 days from the moment we receive your return.

Details of the return process:

  • Log in to your account and select the item you want to return in the returns panel;

  • In the next steps, choose the return option and select how you would like to receive your refund;

  • Generate the return documents along with address labels, then print and sign the return form;

  • Place the packed item along with the return form into a shipping box and seal it properly. You can reuse the box your order arrived in. Send the package using the shipping method of your choice.

  • We will issue your refund, in the method you selected in the return wizard, within 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. In most cases, this process is faster. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of shipment.

The above procedure is not a condition for exercising your statutory right to withdraw from the contract and in no way limits it.
